COURSE INFORMATION

A series of lessons developed by Matt Smith, featuring his unique take on the PHC and Electrical
sale. These techniques were selected and developed for your industry, along with some stock
techniques that are sure to make your technicians better communicators. Technicians are not only
taught from the lessons presented in this manual, but the modules are facilitated to encourage them

INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHY
Matt Smith, The Contractor’s Friend, is a charismatic, sarcastic, and
compelling speaker you won’t soon forget. His hard-hitting style is the
force behind hundreds of successful contractor’s high-energy sales efforts.
Matt has been in the consulting and speaking field since 1995, and has
trained thousands upon thousands of contractors, retailers, and their
employees. Matt is the architect of the DVD-based sales training system
called Contractor’s Selling Power, which highlights his no-nonsense
approach to value added selling. He is also the Creative Director
for the Blue Ribbon Media Company, which offers advertising and
marketingservices.
