Excellence Alliance has developed
the Performance Excellence Program (PEP). This commercial
service estimating program is designed to help you quickly
respond to customer requirements for developing budgets
or pricing final agreements.
The PEP program is designed to expedite
the following tasking functions that are required to properly
develop and deliver a service agreement:
- Site Survey - Gather customer,
facility and equipment data.
PEP provides the user with Site Survey Data Gathering
Guide Forms. The guide provides a systematic process to
collect critical data for estimating profitable service
agreements.
- Estimating and Pricing the
Service Agreement - Per authorized rates and markups.
PEP provides the user with input screens that match the
Site Survey Data Gathering Guide forms for fast data entry.
The program performs all of the equipment and filter table
lookups as well as all of the calculations to arrive at
a final price. The program even has a built-in calculator
for quickly estimating special services. The PEP program
incorporates research to fit in any estimating process,
no matter if you perform cost plus or gross profit margin
pricing.
- Developing Service Agreement
Proposals - Professional, customer friendly and properly
limits liabilities.
PEP provides users with a Microsoft Word Programmed Maintenance
Agreement proposal template. The agreement was developed
after extensive research about customer preferences and
best practices, as well as industry communication and
liability requirements. The proposal was designed to work
with a simple mail merge that sets up customer and agreement
specific data and the inclusions of two PEP reports, Equipment
Lists and Maintenance Tasking Procedures. Once an estimate
has been completed, it should take no more than a few
minutes to produce a professional proposal.
Conducting accurate site surveys,
estimating and proposal writing accounts for approximately
30% of a service salesperson's time. PEP saves approximately
90% of estimating and proposal writing time, freeing up
valuable time to be better spent in front of customers and
developing new business.
