Customer retention is one of the most important aspects of your business. Discover things your company is doing right and those you are not. Learning what is important to customers and how your company is perceived can help you prioritize your efforts. Customer feedback can also be an advanced-warning system of performance issues or opportunities.

Customer survey process:

  • EAI will customize the survey by including your company's logo
  • Along with the surveys, EAI will provide 2 letter options to include with the survey (from your company or EAI)
  • After you distribute the surveys, customers will return them directly to EAI in a provided postage-paid envelope
  • EAI will report results back approximately every 90 days

Employee Surveys
 

Gather information, show the importance of staff issues and motivate changes within your company. The employee survey process can provide the basis for a continuous improvement program and identify opportunities and threats.

Employee survey process:

  • EAI will provide you with blank surveys
  • Employees complete surveys and return them to EAI in one package
  • EAI tabulates the results and returns them to you in a personalized report in booklet form for distribution to your employees
  • Results are compared to previous years to monitor progress and against other EAI members for benchmarking
